Tremendous learning opportunities given breadth of fund range and Market coverage
Strong senior management

Cons – Poor bonus compensation structure for sales force
Increasingly Bureaucratic

Pros – Flat culture, access to senior management, innovative, exciting and good sense of integrity. Would fully recommend as a financial services employer.

Cons – Quite a low profile outside of the industry, often confused with other firms as a result. Other than that, it is mostly positives. Although I may have been lucy with a good team/ manger.

Cons – Too big a company which may not be great if you want to feel like your work is contributing to bottom line.

Cons – too big corporation, decision making not local, office politics takes too long and effort, specialised job profile, deadlines and stress

Pros – Evolution and change are well managed and people pay attention to the quality of the delivery and communication. Individuals are recognized for their achievements and compensated well. Good work life balance with solid managers.

Cons – Some of the technology stack is dated and seems overly complex. Difficult to get enough internal resources to deliver projects.

Advice to Senior Management – Ask for more anonymous advice and reviews of large technical changes. Pay for some utilities rather than rolling everything internally.
