Former Employee – worked at BlueGrace Logistics full-time
Pros – Decent pitch, good facade of a competitive interview process. Good culture, people working there are just trying to make it and share many of your own professional struggles. Free Beer on Fridays.
Cons – Everything else. Low pay, low commissions, structural changes that are a "surprise" to you and negatively impact YOUR bottom line. Company does not really care about you and just wants to be a revenue machine. High turnover is acceptable to management because all they do is hire monkeys to cold call. A monkey complains, they are cut with no bananas and are easily replaced by other monkeys.
Advice to Senior Management – Take care of your employees and your employees will reciprocate.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Former Employee – worked at BlueGrace Logistics
Pros – They have a decent TMS system, but cannot back it up with competitive rates
Cons – Poor leadership. People in high positions never came from a 3PL backround, especially those in charge of training. They make it mandatory that outside sales people download an app on their phones so they can track their whereabouts 24/7, even on weekends. When that is questioned people get in trouble.
