“Great place to work”
I worked at Bluewater Grill
Pros – Bluewater is a great place to start working if you don't have much experience as a bartender. They gave me a shot bartending with almost no experience, and I learned a lot!
Cons – Management...some of the management can be hard to get along with at times, but what place isn't like that?
Advice to Senior Management – Take your job seriously...but not TOO seriously. When I worked there, I had some problems with management because they let that get to their heads. They forgot what a great work environment Bluewater Grill really is, and what it can be.
