Pros – I am also a student but Bon App makes it easy to balance your personal life and work life. It is easy to communicate with management. Health and quality of food is highly emphasized here. Overall, it is a great company.

Cons – I've worked at a location where shift leaders slack off while all of the student employees are slaving off.

Advice to Senior Management – Implement stronger rules on shift leaders. Make them required to do something rather than sit there and watch the employees work like crazy.
