    No corporate promotions, store folded.

    Advice to Management

I would have personally enjoyed more training especially in the realm of chain-wide standards.

The good thing about working here was being around books, movies and music.

    Pros

This company had some of the best employees working for it. It is just a shame that they did not appreciate it.

    Cons

As this company went down the ceos got worse. They constantly came up with worse and worse ways to run the company while putting all of the onus for success on the stores rather then their own ability to come up with reasonable ideas
