Though beneficial and learning, a tough, belittled, non-employee friendly environment.

Manufacturing Engineering (Former Employee) Water Valley, MS

ProsHIgh volume, cutting edge, new applications. Lots of applicable knowledge and uses with the hardware and technology. Great learning experience and a decent ida of understanding how a large company expects huge demands.

ConsDifficult environment to succeed/ focus in. Many pressures, weight, and blame directed in areas that were unnecessary which created a "belittled" feeling throughout individuals. Lack and delay of communication, and management somewhat disorganized.

Advice to Senior ManagementTo lighten up on the severity in which others are directed and to assist teams and individuals in carrying out certain tasks/ goals/ expectancies.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
