Plenty of extra benefits, but things like personal development and competitive salaries are focused on consultants.

    Pros

Networking and travel opportunities are high. Company is held in high regard and offices are beautiful in each city.

    Cons

Change is slow. Hard to find a voice and make a difference. Personal growth/salary are minimal within support staff.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Often the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing...sometimes many different offices, or divisions, were working on very similar solutions and there was a lot of redundancy. Support staff needs to be supported just as much as the consulting side, as far as career development and competitive salaries. A lot of good talent is lost to a "get the cheapest person we can" mentality, versus improving promotion and training from within.
