    Pros

    Good money, pleasant account managers

    Cons

No benefits, account managers did not keep in touch with the client. Told me I would be extended through 2015. A week later, I was told I would be done at the end of the month. High turnover rate of account managers and staff

    Advice to Management

If you want to expand, offer decent benefits to your contractors.

    Pros

Benefits package is good, company has a great reputation with clients, knows what it's target market is.

    Cons

Several business units that do not collaborate, high turnover in leadership, no career advancement. Culture is cliquey and uninspiring. Micromanagement is the only motivational tool.
