    Pros

    Reasonably good availability of resources.

    Cons

Unsupportive environment. Conservative politics are emphasized at the expense of the establishment of an intellectual environment.

    Pros

Small and close knit with pot lucks and parties. Friendly, you see everyone outside of work out surfing or at the local market.

    Cons

Not professional, not seeking to grow or become competitive. Against change and too many managers making different decisions.

    Advice to Management

Focus on helping the students, while they are in school to learn English and when they are getting ready to graduate place them in jobs.

    Pros

I was able to learn a great deal about design and typography in between jobs.

    Cons

The office manager treated all employees like children both student employees and full-time employees. He did not allow open talking in the office even though it was a creative marketing agency. So, it was difficult to share and critique ideas.

    Advice to Management

Please treat performing employees professionally and allow for appropriate collaboration.
