I have been working at Brightside Academy (more than a year)

    Pros

None, do not work for this company or bring your children to any of their academies. They do not follow the minimum state regulations.

    Cons

Uppermanagement consistently hides issues from parents and teachers. They do not follow up on concerns and the children are not supervised appropriately. Teachers leave the rooms unattended all of the time. The staff hang out like it is a social event not a work atmosphere. Management does not take action because they are all friends.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I am only working here until I get another job as most of the employees are.

    Pros

There's no Pros for this company.

    Cons

There is a lot of work that needs to be done to improve Brightside Academy. Currently, I do not encourage people who have a heart for the children to work at this company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

A lot of work is needed to improve Brightside Academy. No perks or values in a company that's taking advance of the poor.

    Do NOT do it.

I have been working at Brightside Academy full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Some of your coworkers are nice. Some not so much.

    Cons

Lack of respect for employees, lack of resources, unreasonable demands.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop treating your employees like machines and understand that 8-9 hours a day is enough. Pushing is not the way to motivate your employees, and the attitude of get it done no matter what the costs should not sit well with anyone.
