    ProsWell payed. Plenty of opportunities if you work hard in the right group which is growing mode. Has some pretty smart people.

    ConsVery political, especially if you are in the management track. People will do whatever it takes to move up instead. Some very bad mid-level managers.

    Nice work environment

    ProsThe colleagues are nice and hard working. Environment is nice and not much politics. People are working together to get the job done.

    ConsThere is no PTO any more and vacation requires management approval. Schedules are tight and pressure from customers is high. Need to find work and life balance.

    ProsIt's good company I like to work with. Work environment is good, and time is flexible. Manages and engineers have good relationship.

    ConsCompany provide good benefit except no PTO vacation. All vacations and time off need manager approve which depends on project schedule.
