    Pros

    Great IT support. Company created best environment for engineers to be productive. Great ESPP program. Company operates efficiently.

    Cons

    Top management needs better vision. The MPS fallout was completely due to a series of fatal mistakes by the top management from pursuing wrong customers to a horrible expensive acquisition.
