I have been working at Broadridge full-time

    Pros

Great benefits package and strong diverse culture.

    Cons

Favoritism in the company, it’s not about how much you know it’s about who you know.
Managers cover up for their employees. More work is given without compensation.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your employers. Do not go by what you just see for a minute. Pick out the real workers from the slacker and this company can improve beyond. Too many chief and not enought indians.

I have been working at Broadridge full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Early on, things were great. After pressure came from the executive level to make the outsourcing business profitable, things started to fall apart.

    Cons

Directors are too friendly with staff. Often what is meant to be kept behind closed doors get shared at lower levels and caused problems. It was like being in high school.
