    Cons

Compensation is just ok, could be more competitive; company culture is different than other places I have been

I worked at Bruker as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

As an Intern, I felt like I was utilized and an asset to the company. They gave interns a lot of fun projects as well as plenty of work on the typical day-to-day job. There were a handful of intern projects where the interns collaborated with employees from all aspects of the company. They really wanted you to get a lot out of your intern experience and made sure that all of the interns got to work and observe the various aspects of the company.

    Cons

Corporate restructuring laid off all interns at the end of the summer, which was a let-down.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The middle management at the Kennewick branch was disorganized sometimes.
