    Advice to Management

Management is good just the employees did not want to listen .

I have been working at Burger King part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I can say that it is a very "chill" job and it can be fun because you get to meet people. well if your up front. Majority of workers are young so thats fun.

    Cons

Working at a franchise can go both ways. The owner at my current place is very very stingy. They dont care about their employees. i Mean a manager makes nothing. Very very unpleasant experience.

    Advice to Management

As a manager just be on top of employees shifts and hours. Do the job right and try to enjoy the amount of time you end uphaving to spend there

I have been working at Burger King full-time

    Pros

The people you work with are cool and you get a discount on food and that is about it it .

    Cons

You do not get paid for the amount of work you do. They really discourage you about asking for a raise. I knew people who worked there 7 years and were still making minimum wage. I got a 50 cent raise to become manager, but every year minimum wage went up my salary stayed the same.

    Advice to Management

Find a new job where you can actually progress. Working over 50 hours mandatory for your salary is not worth it.

I have been working at Burger King part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The hours are decent at the location that I work, but other than that I have nothing good to say.

    Cons

There is a lot of arguing between employees here. While I can't speak for all locations, the particular one I work at is a complete mess. Employees here just do what they want and get all up in arms when they are told to do otherwise. People walk out on shifts all the time or don't show up at all, leaving just two people in the entire store working. However, they all manage to keep their jobs. The amount of disrespect is unimaginable and if it doesn't change this store will run itself into the ground. Also the manager is terrible at ordering what we need so we are always out of something, most recently french fries.

    Advice to Management

Stop letting your employees walk all over you and don't be afraid to fire people who act like they don't need this job.
