    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Check into the real reason for your high employee turn over and you will uncover how your establishments are kept, from the filth to the completely disrespectful manner in which your customers are treated.
The reason is not that the work is to challenging, is simple and repetitive work but the manner in which decent people are spoken to and treated runs good workers off.
