“No raises, little pay.”
Current Employee – been working at Butterball
Pros – The department I work in is great. The company as a whole is not so good. They could care less about you as an employee and do not value you.
Cons – Worst pay I've ever seen in my field and zero raises. The workload is unfair to employees and they do not value human capital at all.
Advice to Senior Management – No advise. They wouldn't change anyway.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
