I have been working at CAA South Central Ontario
Pros – Fun, fast paced, challenging, not dull, tenured staff, decent benefits, great brand, good brand marketing team to keep the brand top of mind in market, customer loyalty, decent partners, fair compensation for staff
Cons – IT department has too much going on with too few resources for the demands of the business
Inflexible marketing department very set in old ways of doing business
Unwilling to take risks and try new things that will continue their market dominance
While attempts are made to make you feel valued as an employee at the end of the day you are just a number

I have been working at CAA South Central Ontario
Pros – CAA is absolutely average at everything: salary, respect, work balance, benefits, management, etc.
Cons – It's bland, and not much career path. Training can be somewhat limited. Very pro management, and a clear divide in the ranks.
Advice to Senior Management – Pay attention to your employees. Management writes correspondence & says friendly things to employees, but they don't mean it. Careful - just because they say open door policy, and we want your opinions, doesn't mean really.
