Friendly atmosphere and very open communication between employees and managers. Competitive pay and training help employees grow and develop skills for their success.

I have been working at CBRE full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

CBRE truly focuses on the corporate values of Respect, Integrity, Service and Excellence. All employees are treated with respect and are supported through their career.

    Cons

There seems to be a lack of continuity between countries and an unclear vision (or execution) of the 'global' approach of the organization from leadership.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

View the company as a global organization and not shiloed by country or line of business. We have an amazing opportunity to leverage all of our experience and opportunities to really serve our customers.

I have been working at CBRE

    Pros

The world's larget commercial real estate company. Full Service Real Estate Company. Lots of possibilities

    Cons

I did not like being on a Global Corporate Service accout, I feel disconnected with CBRE.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Schedule monthly meetings with your empolyees. My manager scheduled a monthly meeting with each team member. The same 5 questions were asked each meeting about how your job was going, if you have the property tools and equipment to complete your job, if any issues have come up, and then you were always asked to recognize someone in the office that has done a great job.
