I worked at CBRE full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

CBRE is first class in supplying equipment and supplies. There is team work with management. they have general goals all of which give sense of security. Health and other benefits are above average and top of line with smart phone and facility 360 program.

    Cons

THe bottom line is there is a lot of stress, intimidation, boarder line job harassment. comes from supervisor to district management and thusly HR. Hr is given false information to react to so it's nearly impossible to turn false hoods.

    Advice to Management

listen to employee with out supervisor hovering over like a vulture circling above is dying victim.

    Cons

Liars. This is the most cutthroat organization I have ever worked for. One year they fired a bunch of staff on Christmas Eve. We all called it the Christmas Eve massacre.

    Advice to Management

    Treat your employees better.

    Cons

Management doesn't care about employees Overload you with work till you quit then find some new number to fill your spot

    Advice to Management

    Pros

Nothing positive to say about the place.

    Cons

Was given a 1990s Toshiba to work on - no monitor, no mouse. Was expected to look at data. Found a crummy old 1990s monitor and was better off than everyone else. Not enough work - bored. They use Lync to spy on you so you have to pretend to work even when you have nothing to do. Not allowed to help anyone else which made no sense.

    Advice to Management

Such a terrible place that management, if smart, would be looking for another job.
