    Pros

    Lots of interaction with all CBRE departments. Learning to work with brokers is a big plus. CBRE generally has a good work-life balance.

    Cons

    Brokers can be hard personalities to work with. Sometimes broker goals and overall company goals don't line up. Brokers can be very demanding.
