Pros – CBRE truly focuses on the corporate values of Respect, Integrity, Service and Excellence. All employees are treated with respect and are supported through their career.
Cons – There seems to be a lack of continuity between countries and an unclear vision (or execution) of the 'global' approach of the organization from leadership.
Advice to Senior Management – View the company as a global organization and not shiloed by country or line of business. We have an amazing opportunity to leverage all of our experience and opportunities to really serve our customers.

I worked at CBRE full-time for more than a year
Pros – Offer full service real estate services. Global network. Large pool of market data and statistics.
Cons – Must take personality test. Large company splits.
Advice to Senior Management – Try to promote team collaboration within the network of brokers, property managers, space planners, sustainability, marketing, research and admin employees. Difficult to do with the nature of this business but I think a team effort is always the best approach. Also work hard to stay on cutting edge of trends to keep a market advantage.

Pros – Great place to work If you work hard, you can grow within your career. Unlimited opportunity
Cons – No cons. I enjoyed my time with the company and would return.

Pros – Only RE-Fortune 500; Exposure to the market; great intern program
Cons – 10bucks/hr in the city... Had to work at a restaurant in the weekends
Advice to Senior Management – Raise the hourly wage for the interns

Pros – Absolutely the best people I have worked with in my career
Flexible work schedules and decent pay for the position
Decent processes in place
Cons – Minimal to no raises
Too much work required during the evenings and weekends
Always on call
No prioritization of work causing confusion
Advice to Senior Management – Re-org the information technology department and staff appropriately
Promote work/life balance and prioritize project work appropriately
