    You work hard for your money
    You do much more than what's in your job description, and it doesn't come with a pay increase.

    Hire more people so that staff is not burnt out. Need better work life balance.

    So far, I have no complaints working for CBRE. I like that they are a national company so you can transfer pretty much anywhere and they are great to their employees!

    I have no cons to share about CBRE. I have not experience anything negative since I've been employed here.

    Great resources, team support. Large company growing quickly. Great benefits. Good environment to work in with offices in every major city.

    Lower pay than competitors. Large workload. Majority of work is data input, worksheet population.

    Advice to Management

    Raise pay to increase employee retention. Lowest pay among competitors for research associates.

    Pros

    Good corporate culture.
    Friendly atmosphere
    Knowledgeable coworkers
    Many members of management are spot on and approachable
    Large Global company with a small company feel
    Room to grow

    Cons

    On average pay is below market
    Reviews, promotions, and etc. do not seem to match actual performance
    HR has too much of a say in the realm of compensations
    Management can be shortsighted at times
    Management tends to plan in a vacuum and overwhelm you with projects that are already nearing their deadline.
    Lack of a true testing team, process, etc.
    Unrealistic timelines cause projects to be rushed which leads to error

    Advice to Management

    Include your technical experts earlier in your planning process (when possible)
    Give more realistic timelines
