    Pros

If you are friends with the people with the perks you can get good tickets to shows, early movie screenings, celebrity sighting every so often.

    Cons

The company overall is doing bad, a significant number of people have been let go...which means that people that have stayed are doing multiple jobs. Management stays quiet and doesn't address the situation. The company morale is at an all time low. Management doesn't care that people are doing multiple jobs, and no monetary compensation bump for doing the job. Either take it or you can walk out the door and be unemployed.

    Advice to Management

Without the support staff you can't have the company function-- how about asking us if we are doing okay in taking on the extra work. Management doesn't care, they all care about reaching numbers and budgets.

    Pros

Exciting Business and opportunity to prospect infinitely, which I love to do.

    Cons

Psychotic management, leaping from their seats and pounding their fist on the floor or pounding their fists on the dashboards on their cars on the way to a sales call. Churning through 25 sales people per year

    Advice to Management

    Get some serious Psychiatric help.

Flexibility between radio groups and potential promotional opps.

    Pros

Can get tickets to events sometimes. Some people are nice and friendly. Relaxed work environment when compared to most traditional settings.

    Cons

Management is unaware of problems in the work place if they are aware of it then they choose not to deal with it. Not much room from growth. Most people left for better paying jobs elsewhere.

    Pros

Getting to go to shows, working fun events, getting paid to basically be stuck in traffic, making fans happy

    Cons

Huge distrust of staff, no promotional opportunities, staff is really hard on new people and it takes a while to feel comfortable, management didn't like women

    Advice to Management

Saw a lot of people not get a fair chance or get picked for fun events because they weren't part of the group of favorites. Lots of special treatment to certain people.

    Pros

    Free concerts and movie tickets.

    Cons

Not what it was advertised to be. Lots of standing outside in the Saint Louis heat just sweating.

    Advice to Management

Pay interns at least something for traveling all over the city.
