    Pros

Free tickets to events. Client entertaining and fun with coworkers. Can get pretty tiring after a while

    Cons

low commissions and lots of internal arrogance

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

clean house from the top down. If management has been in the same position for longer than 12 years... there's a problem. People become complacent and arrogant after a while. They forget what it is like to be in the trenches.

    Pros

I learned a lot during my time here, but I feel like most of it was self taught, or because I went out of my way to seek out information. I had a great bond with my co-workers, but the upper management was a different story.

    Cons

Pay was disrespectful-- There were multiple occurrences where I learned that people in the same position as me were making more money simply because they were at a different station.

Management was awful-- they expect you to work your life away with NO recognition. They preach a very "team" oriented work place, but that came from the dissent among the ranks.

Training was horrible-- there's a very big "sink or swim" atmosphere here, either you get it right away or they fire you.

    Pros

Tons of fun benefits like sporting events and concerts to go to. Fun group of people, I felt like I was back in college sometimes with the party atmosphere.

    Cons

Really uneven work load, some people are so swamped while others are bored all day. If you have a good sales manager it's great, but expect them to be the only resource you have.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Corporate needs to give the local managers more say as they are the ones that know what's really going on.

The station I was with was not geared toward me, you should really find a department you relate too.

    Pros

Good people. Learned SO MUCH about the industry, very flexible, and was perfect for when I was in college.

    Cons

Pay is poor. It is very difficult to gain more experience and move up in the company. I plateaued after 6 months and wanted more responsibility.

Former Employee - Sales Assistant in New York, NY

    Pros

Great and friendly environment to work in. I felt like we were all one true team. Moral was sometimes lost, due to interoffice bickering between upper management.

    Cons

Limited room to grow. On the sales side, senior reps and managers have been there for 15 plus years limiting new entrants.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to the opinions of your employees. I'd also train mangers how to manager to ensure career growth for all those that want to move up and on.
