I worked at CBS Radio as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

It was a great internship they informed you of everything that you needed to know about the radio industry. There was time that just as an intern you got to be on the air. There was fun events that you got to be at even attending them without working them.

    Cons

There was to much favoritism with the interns. It would sometimes come to where what other an intern thought of you they would let a manager know. That manager would start to hate you and not treat you right.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I would just make it to where there is more of an investment in making sure all interns are treated the same. It should be on your work not on how much you can suck up to the managers on how you are treated by managers. I think they do treat teaching the interns the hows of the industry.
