    Pros

All growth you can get; challenging projects, master degrees, interesting colleagues and international experience!

    Cons

You need to be willing to relocate. Also, some of your bosses could be not very fair or stimulating. Burocratic!

    Pros

Among the pros that I found during my tenure as Advisor are warm camaraderie amongst colleagues, rich and diverse cross-functional projects and a stellar array of the industry's top talents.

    Cons

I found it particularly hard to make an international transfer although it was something to expect during a bad season for the industry.

    Pros

It's a company that allows people to grow inside the company because it gives the oppotunity of making decissions at any level. I enjoyed my experience

    Cons

Sometimes the job can be vey hard because there are no times for anybody, what i mean is that i could have a labor day of 14 hours non stop.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

They should focuse a little bit more in the people's needs, so they don't get tired of the job, it should be more fun
