    Pros

What a great company. Such a fantastic, positive environment with forward thinking, friendly management and HR who actually socialize with the non-management workers. A big focus on progression and growth for individuals.

    Cons

Sometimes becomes a "campus is my world" type of place with the on-site cafeteria. Hard to get to (but it is Houston).

I have been working at CGG

    Pros

Great training and transition to learn the company. Opportunities always available in order to grow. Three weeks paid vacation to start with potential to get five a year after working here eight years. Benifits and bonuses are second to none.

    Cons

Sometimes you arent really sure what you are supposed to be doing first. Managment gets confused because of to many other managers with there own opinions. Usually this is for small things that dont really affect the production of the company.
