    Pros

Representatives are good listeners. Make applying for jobs easy.

    Cons

They're representatives fail to clarify roles and aren't that friendly or approachable.. Theyre representatives flat out don't give a damn. They don't care about the construction industry and young tradesmans futures.

    Advice to Management

Include entire weekly earnings in one paycheck. Don't wait for me to ask for my paycheck just mail it. Let me know Walmart won't accept your checks.

They do not yell at you or push you so hard you cant even think.

    Advice to Management

I worked at CLP Resources full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The check is always there you can always count on being paid, and they do background and drug screens on all employees so you wont have to worry about working with people that are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

    Cons

The solar project i worked on the supervisors had no idea of what they were doing and definitely had no reason to be in the position they were in.but i believe First Solar might have had a little to do with that.

    Advice to Management

Have qualified personnel to watch over the supervisors you put in charge to make sure they are qualified to do the job they are assigned to do.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

If you're in the right area, the bonuses are great. A pretty mindless job; we were just glorified babysitters.

    Cons

Corporate cutbacks kept getting worse after LaborReady bought CLP. They took away all the fun stuff like petty cash and paid vacations for the Top-10 in each position. New health plan sucks.

    Advice to Management

Stop being such cheapasses - it'll do wonders for morale.
