Pros – Very friendly and willing to help out.
Very helpful internship program to assist you with fitting in as well as company events and social gatherings between interns

Cons – It could be relatively hectic at times, as well as having much downtime. It really depended upon your project and department.

Pros – CNH provided me with a lot of opportunities to grow in my profession and education. They paid for my MBA, gave me steady raises, bonuses and had wonderful benefits.

Cons – A lot of employees travel quite substantially and they did not offer comp. time for the additional hours / days away from home.

Advice to Senior Management – Continue to evaluate employees on a fair field but do not constantly change the manner in which these evaluations are administered, it was confusing.
