Current Employee – been working at CPS (c-p-s.com) full-time for more than 10 years

Pros – summer off and christmas break

Cons – burn out all the time. you have no energy to do anything. one persons doing 3 peoples work

Advice to Senior Management – hire more people or u have high turnover rate

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
