    That is great to hear! We're glad that you got benefits that work well for your family. We just did a re-organization that should address the chain of command issue. Thank you for letting us know!

    Pros

    Detailed sales plans provided with plenty of flexibility to do the right thing for the client & the store needs. Plenty of cash incentives provided to make - and beat - sales plan goals. Annual reviews and merit raises. Field training available when needed.

    Cons

    Sometimes forced to use vacation when inconvenient. Unable to accrue more than two weeks vacation at a time. A variety of tools provided to employees - some very efficient and some poorly implemented so very inefficient. Supervisors overloaded so little support at times.

    Advice to Management

    Promote from within. Place persons in positions of responsibility who understand the clients, customers, and demographics. Value your older workers for their maturity, experience, and communications skills. You won't always be young either. What goes around comes around.

    Pros

    *Paid time off/sick leave is very good.
    * 39 hour rule where you can leave an hour early on Fridays.
    * The management I had was flexible and worked with me when something came up and I needed to leave early or come in late.

    Cons

    * Outsourced a large part of the company (including my department) overseas.
    * Not a lot of women or minority in power.
    * Bonuses were lacking.

    Advice to Management

    Hire more diverse people in power. More bonuses (didn't get one ever year) would be nice as the people work really hard there.
