    Pros

The best reason to work here is because you get to strengthen your sales skills and talk to a lot of people.

    Cons

You don't get a lot of hours. Sometimes you have to drive really far and you do not get paid for all of your mileage. Sometimes it is a pain in the butt dragging stuff around (table, trash can, table cloth, apron, hat, microwave, extension cords, etc...)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you are going to make us drive a lot at least pay us 100 percent of the mileage we have to drive.

    Pros

The company is generally well-run. It feels like we're organized to do good things.

    Cons

While it's trying to adjust, the company stands to lose out as more commerce goes online.

    Pros

No supervisors. On your back always meeting new people..very customer service driven

    Cons

Pay ...some managers care others don't...they blame you for there. Mistakes..just my new ones...even when your right

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Understand this is the only job some people have..if there is work in there areas give it to them..not someone who lives miles away..and not want to give them reimbursements.on gas..and or cooking devices they purchase on there own..other than that I like the company.and its ideals.

I worked at CROSSMARK part-time (more than a year)

    Pros

I was allowed to be self sufficient and personalize my methods of promoting the products that they assigned to me.

    Cons

There were many things I had to haul around and sometimes the managers at the different stores were not the most accommodating.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Perhaps raising the wages would inspire employees more.

  11. Very easy laid back tasks, good pay for amount of work required.
