    Frustrating

    Salesforce Analyst (Former Employee)
    Lincoln, RI

ProsConvenient location...didn't have to travel to Boston. Good pay for the area.

ConsToo much red tape, hard to get anything done without filling out some kind of form (always a different form and located somewhere different which no one seemed to know how to find). IT staff not very knowledgable.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Easy job. Terrible management

    Sales Colleague (Current Employee)
    Bloomington, IN

ProsMy colleagues are awesome. We're kind of like a family! And my job isnt terribly difficult to learn or adjust to.

ConsMy management sucks pretty bad. The head manager has too much on his plate; doesn't really care about the well being of the hourly workers. The Asst. is even worse. Verbally abusive to the employees. Head manager says he will handle it. Never really does.

Advice to Senior ManagementRespect your colleagues so that your turnover wont be so high. Hold everyone accountable for their actions.

    Good Starter

    Key Holder/Shift Supervisor (Former Employee)
    Robbinsville, NJ

    Pros•Room for moving up
•Overtime on holidays is a nice bonus

Cons•The wrong manager can ruin a store
•They try to bring in new hires rather than hiring within so they don't have to pay current employee's more.

Advice to Senior Management•Listen to the staff

    Things have changed

    Pharmacist In Charge (Current Employee)
    Boston, MA

ProsSchedule flexibility, pay, benefits are decent,

    ConsCulture, not treated well, stress

Advice to Senior ManagementBe more human! Support Pharmacists better, we are the bread and butter of this company! Things have gone downhill since I started with this company. Used to be fun and exciting, now is a bunch of red tape to get anything accomplished. I feel like being a pharmacist and actually do what I was trained to do is on the bottom of the totem pole of things I need to get done.
