    Manger in training

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsThe interview process went well, I knew an individual who worked corperately for the company and she was a big part of why I got the job. I was initially contacted by a third party hr department over the phone and asked several behavioral questions. I was later contacted about an in person interview. I was interviewed by three different district managers

ConsI felt the interview process went well no lags

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

    Lack of Communication

    Pharmacy Technician (Former Employee)

ProsIt was a fast-paced environment, and had a lot of opportunity for hours despite it being part-time. Most of the work was simple and easy to learn, and it definitely kept me busy.

ConsManagement didn't listen to employees concerns, I wasn't put into the system until a week or so of actually working and working back in the pharmacy this was major because you need to know who is logged in. There was also another tech that would consistently bully the other techs, and several had complained and even quit, but nothing had been done because she had seniority and the pharmacy was low-staffed.

Advice to Senior ManagementAt least pretend to care about your employees, it would help to be slightly sympathetic and not blame them for everything that goes wrong, we understand you have a lot of pressure from your superiors, but don't let it interfere with your work.

    Pharmacy Technician

Pharmacy Technician (Current Employee) Belleville, NJ

ProsFlexible hours, great co-workers, good entry-level part time job

ConsVery low pay (minimum wage with yearly raise of $0.75 at most for "over-achievers" and cap off at $14/hr), lacking hours for sufficient tech support, no room for growth unless in school and interning for pharmacist position (which is not guaranteed after graduation)

Advice to Senior ManagementRaise tech salary.
