Former Employee – worked at CWPS full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Lots of different environment to learn from
A few great managers to work with and willing to help
A few great coworkers
Everyday is different/Never gets boring
Lots of employee that like to stay in one company and opportunities are there

Cons – The Director of IT is iffy in his ability to lead a team to greatness.
There are a few employees that can be extremely rude on the team.
Other employees can make you feel as though their job is extremely important and will not assist
Driving around to site to site can wear you down (if you're a sys admin)
Engineering team has great core players, but can be worn from working too much.

Advice to Senior Management – Don't lose the good guys that work really hard for the company. Make sure they are compensated for their work.

Former Employee – worked at CWPS

Pros – They do an excellent job working with CISCO, but then out of thin air they let go of all their CISCO engineers.

Cons – Some very racist elements in the core group of the so called professionals. No communication between engineers. Verbal abuse by mid management, like swearing and calling names.
Being black does not help when working there.

Advice to Senior Management – no advice for management except but to really look into their own closet and remove the bad elements, before it's too late...
