    Its a very good platform to learn multiple technologies with minimal management restrictions. Great people to work with.

    Cons

    Senior management are not that expertise to manage colleagues and lack of speed to compete with emerging technologies in the market.

    Pros

    Great people to work with and many have become good friends outside of working hours too. Was generally left to get on with my job and with minimal micro-management

    Cons

    Not great senior management - very much in-it for themselves with little innovation and true lack of speed to market new products and services - stuck with a very much fragmented organisation to move
