Pros – Advancement opportunities. Free cable, Internet, and phone. Free blackberry and pc. Intelligent management. Great family atmosphere and ability to have balance between work and home life.

Cons – Assigned auto dealers so your dealers can make or break your sales budget.

Advice to Senior Management – Encourage salesforce to sell outside of home system. I found too much emphasis on selling home system discourages ae to sell other systems even though you have an all in number you need to hit.

Cons – Sometimes the project process is more important than the actual project. Cost over runs and project delays can happen. Two-way communication with senior management is sometimes lacking.

Cons – Corporate politics drive a lot of decisions...probably the same for most big companies.. Decentralized IT means a lot of redundancy and lack of information and service sharing.

Cons – where i was in the company the new vp is clueless doesnt care about her employees. walks around changing channels. the queue is higher then its been in years. She does focus groups but if you try to show her the employee point of view she will hold a grudge. employee morale is no whre near what it was 8 months ago. will challenge your stress level
