    Pros

    Great that you get free cable

    Cons

    Micro managed; no room for growth. Coworker blew whistle on manager and got fired 6 months later -- then the entire department was called in by HR and questioned. We had no idea what was going on. From top management to sales support, it is a culture of kill or be killed.

    Just quit - you don't know how to manage

    Pros

    Local, good salary, employees hard-working and majority good people.

    Cons

    Lack of leadership, vision, creativity and communication. Not an encouraging environment for personal growth or health, out of touch management doesn't live by company values.

    you get to work with some nice people.

    Cons

    Management is not trained in product knowledge. NEW OUTBOUND SALES MANAGER DAN F. is a micromanaging office dweller, that terminates peoples employment with no regard for facts. constant negative feed back, if you do not make your sales 3 mos. out of twelve mos. he fires you. extremely tedious work, extremely repetitive work,. Money was good because im very good at sales but management does not reward. there idea of a good job is 12 dollars per hour and you get to sit 8 hours in a cubicle and pound phones. bad for the back and the waistline. very unhealthy.

    start caring for your sales force and do not lead by fear but by earned respect.

    Pros

    Great Benefits, If you earn less than 50K your health insurance is Free! 401k w/ Company Match (50%) Fully Vested after 3 years. FREE CABLE if your in their service area.

    Cons

    Reps are treated as a number not a person. If you get a complaint from a customer you are treated as a criminal. You are expected to make numbers yet all your tools are stripped from you leaving you defenseless. If you give a customer advice, you are reprimanded for manipulating the system. Supervisors and managers don't help you unless you report directly to them. Loyalty means nothing to anyone in the company.

    Listen to your reps! we are the front line! You wouldn't last a day if you were in our shoes. Your reps are only as productive as the tools that you have provided them. Stop treating us like criminals if a complaint comes from a customer.

    Pros

    Good people, good pay if you are not doing phone work. Great benefits and of course free cable. On Holidays, you get paid triple and on your second day, get paid double time as oppose to regular overtime. It is a place you can make money if you are willing to work for it.

    Cons

    when you are working in call center, whether it be TSG or customer service, it is very stressful. You are just a number, as a matter of fact my supervior told us in a team meeting just that, our opinions didn't matter much. Its a numbers game...If you do not like being on the phone for an extended period of time, this job is not for you. Also, getting a different position or a change of schedule is difficult as there are is a 1st preference to older employees with seniority

    Management need to listen to employees and supervisors and leads need to "man up" and take supe calls when they arise, stop appeasing customers all the time.
