    Prosreputation, scale, development all give cadbury an edge in talent recruitment. global role moves possible but getting harder due to emerging markets.

    Conscorporate identity preservation means decision making and reaction to change are slow and difficult to sustain. recent takeover by kraft creates uncertainty.

    Advice to Senior ManagementEnsure you identify key talent and experience during stabalisation to deliver results. Our futures depend on this as we are no longer the big fish.

    Prosnice people to work with. Work and life balance has been respected. People usually will stay there for many years without moving around.

    Consdo not encourage to take risks. People who is willing to take risks will find very difficult in the environment. Lack of motivation.

    Advice to Senior ManagementThe leaders in this organization should move people around instead of letting them stay in one position too long. Don't do too much restructuring

    Graduate to Senior Manager

    Pros- Treated Well
    - Management will try to treat you well
    - International moves are promoted
    - Work life balance is promoted and achieved

    Cons- Pay is lower than similar business
    - The business is over using its brand to recruit
    - Middle management has remained static making it hard to gain promotion

    Advice to Senior ManagementManagement should focus on selecting a single management model and then sticking with it. There are tow many poorly communicated models from the corporate group that are not implemented by the local businesses.

    Great place to work but senior management need work.

    Pros- Great fun to work on products that consumers love (everyone is always jealous when they find out).
    - Great collegiate vibe overall between teams and departments.
    - Generous salaries and financials compared to the market.

    Cons- Training and development opportunities not formalised.
    - Parochial feel in Australia
    - Many restructures in Australia in the last few years, leading to a "here we go again" mentality and diminishing enthusiasm for the job.
    - No transparency in promotions

    Advice to Senior Management- Better communications to staff.
    - Fewer restructures.
    - More flexibility in moving staff across geographies.
