    Pros-company is filled with nothing but good people
    -challenging but not overbearing
    -experienced management
    -great work environment, extremely comfortable
    -incredible food services

    Cons-located in Camden but Campbell's is heavily secured..doesn't feel like you're in the most dangerous city in the country
    -heavy traffic on the NJ side

    Advice to Senior ManagementInterns could use more basic training

    Really Disappointed!!

    ProsThe pay and benefits are real good. I love going to the Company store where you can get discounts on soups.

    ConsI have been employed at Campbell Soup for only five months and already looking for another job. There is a lot of favoritism in my department. The plant consists of a lot of temps working. I have had major issues with some of my co-workers because I I got hired from the outside as a permanent Campbell Soup employee and have never tempted. My Supervisor threatened to fire me the first day on the job!! Not kidding!!!!!!

    Advice to Senior ManagementI don't know what it takes to make a Company become successful but you should take complaints seriously. I have always admired and thought well of Campbell Soup until I actually became employed here. Supervisors and Team Leaders should not play favorites and be more open minded. There are two sides to every story!! I have met wonderful people here but this Company is not for me. I will not be mistreated!!

    Greedy, not family oriented at Paris, TX plant.

    ProsGood pay. Safe working conditions most of the time

    ConsWork 7 days per week, 8 to 12 hours per day with few days off in the sauce plant. Very stressful and hot temps in the summer. Chaotic planning from management. Too much control from supervision and management trying to make a name for themselves .

    Advice to Senior ManagementListen to what employees are saying instead of supervision because they will deceive you . They make a lot of bad political decisions and make paperwork look good etc.

    Great people....but leadership challenged

    ProsGreat individuals to work with especially on projects. Emphasis on collaboration and building relationships. Pays extremely well for most roles - actually above market in most cases.

    ConsToo many personal agenda's leading the organization versus a comprehensive strategy. Many believe money is the motivator versus good leadership and development. Over pays vs market which can be challenging when looking for a new role.

    ProsEmployees are great. They really do care about there job. If they were given respect and gratitude for there work. They would work harder. This company doesn't get it.

    ConsSupervision is terrible. They belittle employees. Company does not fix machines. They do not care about quality of product. Only quanity.

    Advice to Senior ManagementIf you would respect the ones doing the work. They would work harder. You don't get that. Also, you have to many salary that are dead weight. If you cut them you could save a bundle.

    ProsCampbell values their employees, encourages problem solving, training, and innovation.

    ConsIf you like the overtime, its there, however if you value spending weekends with loved ones, depending on workload and resources, you will be forced to work the overtime as with any food factory.

    Company in need of a vision.

    - Team-based
    - Compensation & Benefits
    - Cafeteria makes incredible food
    - Leadership attempts goal setting
    - Steadily adding structure to chaos

    Cons- Goals often unrealistic
    - Sole Short-term performance focus (publicly traded)
    - Declining as competitors rebound/grow (1st Qtr for their 2014)
    - Restructuring Annually (not impacted, but creates work stress - 3 years in a row)
