    Pros

    Very warm welcoming place
Bonuses are nice, and raises consistent
On my floor and team conversation is allowed, making it easy to come into work and love it

    Cons

Starting salary not competetive with other insurance companies
    Some promotions not earned
Upper managment claims to listen, but nothing ever changes

    Advice to Management

You could always treat your employees better, don't have meetings telling us how great the company is doing, how we are first in the country, but then not give us proper raises.
