    Pros

    Good team, lot to learn due to size of business. Good manager to mentor and support. Company does recognize your hard word and reward appropriately.

    Some times overwhelming work load.

    Keep up the good business strategies.

    -Benefits (RRSP matching 4%, Dental, Health, Eyes and work boots)
    -Work independently without micromanagement.
    -Provides basic set of tools needed

    Cons

    -Not enough pay for job performed
    -Favouritism among promoted and pay raised empoyees
    -Lied about where job will lead in interiew

    Advice to Management

    -Hire people who are competent at their job
    -Invest time in the skills and backgrounds of employees

    I did not receive any result uptill now after passing all my interviews and reference checks

    I would advice the management to investigate where is the problem and enforce strict rules to overcome such type of happenings in future
