    I worked at Canadian Solar as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

    We worked under the direction of the chief engineer and he was really experienced and always can give us some advice on the problems we met.

    Cons

    The office was near the assemble stream and the noise was harassing.

    maybe they can pay more attention to their low level employees.

    growth is quite limited, i don't see too much the future for myself.
