Current Employee - Field Merchandiser in Don Mills, ON (Canada)

    Pros

Positive work environment, dedicated employees, good benefits package, profit sharing. Supportive of continuing education.

    Cons

Could be more competitive with pays. Benefits package: Would like to see the cap raised on services such as physiotherapy, chiro, and massages and to have orthotics and eyeglasses covered every year. The level of involvement with management and company execs depends on the position you are in but communication is getting better. It can be a little difficult to make the jump from employee to manager but lots of lateral moves available.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Consider implementing a program that allows employees to work toward a manager position.
