    Pros

It's a good consulting firm to get into right out college with a lot of opportunities to try various projects and industries. Pretty good young age presence.

    Cons

Travel policies are mediocre and sometimes feel like you can get lost in the company.

    Advice to Management

Focus more on training programs and easier way to get expenses through for frequent travelers.

    Pros

Strong focus on financial services, competent operational leadership and willingness to invest in accounts and people. They target the too tier consultancies as peers.

    Cons

Somewhat shortsighted Cheap. Simply terrible internal systems and controls for engagements. Financial Services is semi-independent of the rest of the firm, in the US i\t seems that they are the onshore arm of an offshore body-mill.

    Advice to Management

Integrate FS into the overall firm. This in respect to culture and level of professionalism.

    Pros

    Love the travel aspect.
    Pay for SAP Certification
You are always surrounding with a support system
No shortage of resources to help you get a task accomplished
Opportunities are vast granted you are an ambitious person

    Cons

Consulting is VERY similar to cliques in HS.
You kind of have to brown nose your superiors; since the people who make it to manager level in consulting are very smart individuals they are often arrogant as well. Make sure they like you and you'll go far. If they dont, well....

    Doesn't Recommend
    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

Mostly a group of high caliber people. Some interesting clients and projects.

    Cons

Illusion of advancement but often left to toil away as what would be a considered a contractor position. Engagements are often staff aug without a chance to make a real improvement in business process. Too much internal bureaucracy and saw too many people passed over for promotions because of politics in management

    Advice to Management

Already given in exit interview. Need to clear up reporting channels especially when staff from one group is working a project that is owned by another.
