    Pros

Excellent pay, benefits, and facilities. It's strategically focus on success in its markets, and a key contributor to the community.

    Cons

Intense drive to deliver, this is a high performance company. While they preach work life balance it doesn't really exist right now. If you can't give it everything you've got, don't work here.

    Advice to Management

This company has an incredible vision and direction and is aggressively advancing toward it. Don't forget your people along the way.

    Pros

good company, stable, solid, decent ceo

    Cons

sees the big picture too much , forgets the small details, some can get loss in the shuffle, doesnt pay enough to anyone, especially when recruiters are pinching employees often.

    Advice to Management

Remember your employees. It's exhausting to constantly be told we're doing this for the stockholders.

    Pros

Awesome culture, smart people, and an evolving passion to do the right thing for all of our customers.

    Cons

Some unique cultural differences exist between different product focused organizations that sometimes feel like the company is not quite sure what it wants to be when it grows up.

    Advice to Management

Business cycles of rapid hiring followed by layoffs is difficult to watch. We are smarter than that as a company, please manage growth and invest in re-tooling good people.

I worked at Capital One (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great benefits, helpful staff, no place for lazy workers, plenty of opportunities to climb up the corporate ladder.

    Cons

Try not to give your input on anything to a branch manager who is set with his or her way of operating the branch. Opinions to them is like putting them down. It causes tension and a very negative environment, which makes it unbearable to continue to work for the company
