    Pros

Great benefits, interesting coworkers, and nice office space. Hours are very reasonable. Not a difficult job.

    Cons

Lack of communication about strategic vision from upper management. Feel like a cog in the wheel too often and lacks development programs.

    Advice to Management

Reward employees so they want to stay. Way too often you see your colleagues leaving for better opportunities when they would have stayed for more responsibility or money.

Easy work, not overwhelming. Gain a lot of banking experience

    Cons

Sometimes there is too much free time, not enough clients to service. Company bought out by bigger bank and will go commercial which will change the culture. Some employees are not well trained
