I have been working at Capstone Turbine full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Family friendly workplace; great opportunities to help make a significant difference to the bottom line; competitive salaries

    Cons

cash weak company but on the verge of profitability; weak cash position poses significant constraints to accomplish more

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need to improve focus on core priorities and limit multiple distractions. There are not enough human resources to engage in multiple projects which partially relates back to weak cash position so the need for focus is more important than perhaps larger more profitable companies

    I worked at Capstone Turbine

    Pros

Capstone provides a lot of room for exploring job areas outside your job scope, lots of inter-departmental career growth opportunities.

    Cons

    Routine lay-offs and shakey financials.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Less inter-departmental tension would benfit lower-level employees
