    some room to grow. Relocation available. Good benefits at the start. You start off with a good amount of pto also.

    Cons

    Leadership makes hasty and costly decisions. Stress and demands are delegated downward. Employee stock purchase plan canceled.

    Listen to the workforce in the trenches before making giant fiscal decisions that ultimately set up for failure.

    Pros

    Work environment, work life balance not un reasonable. They do a lot for the staff as far as celebrations, lunches, gift cards to say thanks

    Cons

    Salary not in line with other levels at similar industries. Way too much entertaining of BS. Micro managed to some degree and decisions questioned.

    Focus more on the business and less on the hand holding.
