    Pros

    Career Development
They take employee survey feedback seriously
    Good work life balance

    Cons

Pay decent but health benefits abhorrent - you have 30,000 employees and you can't do better than 9000 grand a year combined cost and out of pocket on a HSA OR HRA? Ridiculous

    Pros

Great internship program really get to see other functions and all aspects of the company. If you are from out of the area subsidized housing is available at a local hotel in Dublin which really adds to the out of work experiences.

    Cons

Do not always hire from their intern class but build up the whole summer that they will.

    Pros

Good company to work for. Strong management team, very good benefits, excellent resources to do your job.

    Cons

Employees working in the field seem to be separated from the corporate culture. By that I mean that communications, advancement opportunities, etc. are more targeted to those working in the corporate headquarters than those in the field.

I have been working at Cardinal Health full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Great training process. Extremely thorough training process. The company stands for great values, consistent encouragement of all employees to further their careers.

    Cons

Working as a contractor should allow for greater chance of being brought on full time. Very un-transparent of open possibilities. Little effort to help you network and further your career. All talk, no walk.

    Pros

    The coworkers are the best!
Starting pay for night shift without experience is great! The benefits are a major plus!

    Cons

Experience doesn't mean nothing 13yrs in a warehouse. U still start with the same pay as someone with no experience. I've worked for cardinal for almost 4yrs my raises have averaged to be about 2.50.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay your experience people! How about a bonus for the warehouse worker and cost of living!
