    Pros

Opportunity to change lives. Easy job- easy pay.

    Cons

management. They all got to their spot based on who they know. You can't move up unless you're part of the NDOA/VPs club. No promotions for a few years now!!!

    Advice to Management

Listen to employees. HR is not a safe place in this company. Save yourself future lawsuits and take action on bad managers.

    Pros

The people you works with, the fun with the game rooms and any of the events /outings held by CEC.

    Cons

The pay I barley made 30,000 in 2014 and the company is trying to get more work done with less people. I get the porsition CEC is in but no raise in 3 years and barely making 30,000 it's time fur me to part ways here.

    Pros

    Competitive salary
    Flexible work hours (remote)
    Paid time off to volunteer

    Cons

Instability of industry, constant workforce reduction, no long term strategic planning. Each department works in silos instead of working together.

    Advice to Management

Create a vision and stick to it!

    Pros

Great People, Opportunities, Turning a corner with culture, looking towards the future, management really cares. I stay mostly for the people I work with and for. They are what makes it fun.

    Cons

Senior Exec Culture is terrible and could care less about the employees. Clearly poor decision making on their end has lead to poor performance and school closures.

    Pros

Overall a good company had benefits 401K employee stock all the things missing from most large companies

    Cons

Work load was out of this world, micro managed for optimum out put at time very stressful not much opportunity to move up because people stayed there for a long time because of the benefits and variety of hours to fit their life styles.

    Advice to Management

Quit with the micro management review system it appears to employees that you are trying to find reasons not to provide them raises for their hard work.

    Pros

Salary and benefits are on par with other companies. Pleasant office environment, nice people, and location right off the expressway near the Woodfield Mall.

    Cons

Be careful they will try to low-ball you on salary. Cutting back on staff instead of non-essential managers. Leadership and training is not up to standard. Schedules require working weekends, Saturday or Sunday sometimes working to 9pm.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to employee feedback. They are on the frontline and can give you knowledge regarding policy and procedure.
