Pros – You get to work around a lot of nice people and the office is close to a lot of the main roads.
Cons – Seniur management always put personal politics in front of the success of projects and promoting good people. the people who are the personal friends of the management are the only ones that get any of the recognizing. I know of a lot of the people that are fed up with this thing and are now looking to leave including me. Bringing in the new things in technology is very hard too because the management does not get educated on new areas.
Advice to Senior Management – In good busness you get and reward good people, and you do not promote or put-down people because of personal politics or race or religions. Also the learning of yourself does not stop because you get in management. Try to go to some seminar to learn the new things to do better technology leadership.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
