    The people you work with are professionals and care about what they are doing and want to help their clients succeed.

    Upper Management needs to figure out what they want Carlson Marketing to be now and into the near future. Upper Management also needs to put assets back into the infrastructure of the company to make sure they can stay competitive to keep clients.

    Variety of work, Large clients with big brand names, Loyalty Marketing is taking off again, get to live in Minnesota

    No one looks out for your career. It will only advance if you make it happen. Work life balance is sometimes challenging.

    Make sure everyone understands your strategy. Not everyone knows you actually have a strategy. For those that do know you have one, they are not sure it is the right strategy.

    - little opportunity for growth/change
    - client services support continues to be reduced

    seems top heavy right now, would be good to streamline into one sales force. need to improve technology offerings to better match thought leadership - right now we're out of sync. we can talk the talk, but can't walk the walk very cost-effectively or efficiently.
